Our data back-up system is in place primarily as a disaster recovery system in case of a hardware failure or some similar catastrophe. Restoring data that has been deleted by user error is not part of the hosting service. As a Reseller, it's important that you always keep backup copies of your own sites and encourage your customers to do the same. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that with an H-Sphere reseller account you have the ability to delete users from your Administrative Control Panel. Remember, that each of these user accounts may have multiple domains under it. If you delete the user you will be deleting all the websites under it as well. Be very careful when deleting user accounts.

As an added service, we do provide restoration of customer files when requested. There is a charge of $50 per hour, minimum one hour.
