Registering New Domain Names

To register new domain names, you can either work directly with your own Registrar, or use the built-in domain registration feature offered with H-Sphere.

If you would like to use the automatic domain registration option built-in to the H-Sphere system, you will need to set it up by first selecting "Settings" --> "Domain Registrar" from your Admin CP. There you will input your retail pricing (the prices you want to charge your clients). Your wholesale pricing will already be shown.

Once you have set your prices there, then you just need to be sure to check the "Domain Registration" option when you create your plans 

Transferring Domain Names

To transfer domain names to our servers, you will need to contact the domain registrar in question and have them update the nameserver information to reflect either your custom nameservers on our system, or our nameservers:

NS1.ONNETSECURE.NET   65.61.155.178
NS2.ONNETSECURE.NET   65.61.185.38

Please allow 48-72 hours for the domain name to be fully propagated to our servers after you update this information at the Registrar.
