ACTIVATING MS-SQL:

1. Click on E. Manager from your Admin Panel and then click on "Submit" under "Other Server Aliases." (At the bottom of
the page).

2. Edit any of your existing Windows Hosting Plans and  "include" the MS-SQL resources.

3. You will now see an MS-SQL icon in the end user control panels for any accounts signed up to a plan in which you have
included MS-SQL.
