We recommend you begin by going through the brief overview of the system included in this section. This will give you a "macro" view of the three control panel levels of your reseller account and help you understand how they are all integrated in the overall system.  

Once you read the overview, you should proceed with each numbered step in the "10 Steps to Getting Started" section of this support center to setup your account. We recommend that you go through them in the order listed.

You will also find supplementary documentation here in the Value Reseller Support Center, such as the H-Sphere technical manuals, Flash Tutorials, and our online Knowledgebase. 

However, keep in mind that the manuals are written by H-Sphere technicians and some users find they provide more detail than you may need initially. They are a great  resource for in-depth information on the various topics, but you will find we have covered 90% of the most pertinent information for you here in the Value Reseller Support Center in a more "user friendly" manner.
