Allowing Customers To Share Your SSL Certificate
 

Here's how  to enable Shared SSL for your Reseller Account:

  1. Submit a support ticket and request that VR Support add a new Shared IP for Reseller Shared SSL.

  2. Then go to EManager->Shared SSL Manager in your Reseller Panel and activate the feature.

  3. Then you create a CSR and key to provide to your chosen Certificate Authority when buying a wildcard certificate to cover your Service Domain (*.yourdomain.com)

  4. Once you've obtained your Wildcard SSL Certificate, you must enter it in the Shared SSL Manager in your Reseller Panel. 

  5. Make sure that the domains you want to allow to use Shared SSL are set to operate under the same Shared IP Tag as the one you installed the Shared SSL Certificate under in the Shared SSL Manager.

  6. You can then turn on the Shared SSL feature in the "Web Options" area of the CP for the account(s)/domain(s) in question.
