Enabling SSH Access
In order to request SSH access, end
users need to click on the "FTP/User" link in the end user
control panel and turn SSH on. This will submit a request to both
the Reseller and the ValueReseller System Administrators. All SSH
requests must be enabled by the system administrators. If you or
your clients have a question about the status of an SSH request
please submit a support ticket with the username in question.
